then a box will appear.



 here you have to write temp and hit enter then delete all the file came in search.



Second 
pressing  ( windows+R ) again in the search box write prefetch hit enter . DElete all the file as the same way

Third
 pressing  ( windows+R ) again in the search box write defrag hit enter.
